Meaningful Solutions. Practical Change.

ABOUT

Little Steps ABA is an independent behavioural consultancy, founded and led by Jocanne Nichols, BCBA®, UKBA(cert), providing individualised, evidence-based behavioural support for children ages 1-6yrs and the people around them.

We work collaboratively with families, education settings and home therapists to develop practical strategies that support communication, independence, learning and everyday quality of life.

Our Approach

We use the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to understand behaviour, build meaningful skills and support positive, lasting change.

Evidence-Based Assessment

Using evidence-based assessment tools and behavioural analysis to understand individual strengths, needs and priorities, and guide meaningful recommendations.

Individualised Support

Based on assessment, observation and family priorities, individualised support is developed around each child's needs.

Parent/ Carer Training

Practical, individualised support to help parents and carers feel confident using strategies within everyday routines and family life.

Program Supervision

Ongoing programme development and clinical supervision from a BCBA/UKBA(cert), supporting therapists to deliver high-quality, individualised ABA programmes.

Collaboration

Working closely with families, schools, nurseries, therapists and other professionals to create consistent, joined-up support across environments.
